This policy outlines the refund terms for services from Cleverprep, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Services (Non-Refundable)
All payments for Cleverprep subscription plans ("Student" and "Creator") are final and non-refundable. This includes all fees for:
- Monthly subscription charges.
- AI Credits, storage, and other plan features.
When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period, but you will not be issued a refund.
2. Marketplace Course Purchases (Conditional Refund)
We offer a conditional refund for courses purchased from the Cleverprep Marketplace. You are eligible for a full refund only if you meet all of the following criteria:
- 7-Day Window: You submit your refund request within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase.
- Limited Consumption: You have completed less than 25% of the total course content.
Refund requests that do not meet both conditions will not be processed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible marketplace purchase, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your purchase receipt and the name of the course.
4. Policy Abuse
Cleverprep reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of this policy.
