4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve our Services.
• Generate AI-powered content and images as directed by your Prompts.
• Process payments and manage your subscription plan.
• Facilitate the Cleverprep Marketplace.
• Communicate with you regarding your account and for support purposes.
• Enforce our terms and comply with legal obligations.

Important Note on AI Model Training: We are committed to your privacy. We do not use your User-Generated Content or Prompts to train our own or any third-party artificial intelligence models.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your data. We only share information with essential service providers ("Sub-processors") who perform services on our behalf:

• Google LLC: To provide our AI features, we send your Prompts and relevant context to Google's Gemini and Imagen AI models. Google is contractually obligated not to use this data for their own purposes or for training models.
• Stripe, Inc.: To process all payments. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
• Cloudflare, Inc. & Mux, Inc.: To store and deliver your media content (images and videos).
• Course Creators: If you are a Student, we share your performance data with the Creator of the course you are enrolled in.
• Google Analytics: We may use Google Analytics to understand service usage. We will only collect this data if you provide explicit consent via the cookie banner on our website. You can opt-out at any time.

6. Public Accessibility of Media via Direct Links

Please read this section carefully.

To deliver your course content, our service providers generate direct, publicly accessible links for every image and video you upload or generate. While these links are not indexed or publicly searchable, anyone with the direct link can view the content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload sensitive or private information in video or image formats.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage much of your information through your account settings or by contacting us directly at [email protected].

8. Business Transactions

If Cleverprep, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
